Desafio 23 Inspirada por um Filme - Challenge # 23 Inspired by a Movie

Essa inspiração eu dedico às minhas alunas, à Mércia, e à todas as fãs da saga Crepúsculo. Eu não li os livros, mas acabei gostando muito dos filmes.
Aqui usei o Nimbus, da Big Universo, e esse glitter maravilhoso, o Miss, da Ludurana.

I dedicate this inspiration to all my students, Mércia, and to all Twilight saga fans. I didn't read the books but I ended up enjoying the movies. Here, I applied Nimbus, by Big Universo, and this gorgeous glitter, Miss, by Ludurana.

Lembro que quando essa febre começou, eu tinha uma turma só de gurias, e numa apresentação de projeto de inglês de final de semestre, elas apresentaram toda a saga Crepúsculo, pois tinham lido todos os livros em inglês, e foi sensacional. Como eu não conhecia bem a série, elas me contaram toda a estória. Em inglês. Considerei uma ótima apresentação. 


I remember that when this fever started, I had a class only with girls, and in a presentation of project at the end of the semester, they presented all Twilight Saga, because they had read all the books in English, and it was sensational. Since I didn't know about the series, they told me all the story. In English. I considered that a great presentation.

Unhas 22 - Inspirada por uma Música - Challente # 22 Inspired by a Music

Eu amo muito essa cidade...  é por isso que um dos esmaltes que pedi e ganhei foi justamente esse São Paulo Urban Grey.. e me apaixonei por essa cor, pelo acabamento, por tudo!
E vai essa inspiração ... inspirada por uma música, e eu, contrariando o fato de não curtir músicas em Português, eu adoro essa do Premeditando o Breque, São Paulo, São Paulo (link com clip e letra).

I love this city... that's why that one of the nail polishes that I asked for and got was just Sao Paulo Urban Grey... I'm fallen in love with this color, finishing and everything!
And here goes this inspiration... inspired by a music, and me... contradicting the fact that I'm not very into songs in Portuguese, I love this Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, by Premeditando o Breque (clip and lyrics).

Desafio 21 Unha Inspirada por uma Cor - Challenge 21 Nail inspired by a Color

Nessa terceira parte do desafio, eu escolhi o violeta ou roxo, que seja, afinal, é a cor base desse blog. Eu usei esse Kiko n. 255 por cima do Dubai, roxo cremoso, da Beauty Color. Foi uma mão do Dubai e duas do Kiko.

In this third part of the challenge, I chose violet or purple, whatever, after all, this is the base color of this blog. I applied this Kiko n# 255 over Dubai, this creamy purple, by Beauty Color. It was applied one cover of Dubai, and two of Kiko.

Esse Kiko é um esmalte maravilhoso, cheio de shimmer, mas a base é um quase transparente. É maravilhoso no vidro, mais do que quando aplicado, exatamente por não ser tão consistente, mas secou rápido e durou 5 dias.

This Kiko is a wonderful nail polish, full of shimmer, but its base is kind of transparent. It's amazing into the bottle, even more than when it's applied, very much because of this, it's not that pigmented, but it dried fast and lasted for 5 days.

Aí, para dar um toque numa das minhas cores mais queridas, resolvi fazer uma nail art bem simples, usando o Ouro Puro, da Ludurana, e o Deslumbre, da Passei Nati.

Then, to give a touch on one of my fave colors, I decided to do a simple nail art, applying Ouro Puro, by Ludurana, and Deslumbre, by Passe Nati. 

Um Ano de Blog com Mohda - Blog Anniversary with Mohda

Hoje é o aniversário de 1 ano desse blog. Aqui está o primeiro post. Os outros já tem mais tempo, este é o mais novo, e que me surpreendeu, afinal, eu sempre estive envolvida com a subcultura gótica, o inglês e a paixão pela filosofia, ciência e tecnologia, nunca havia pensado em blogar sobre esmaltes.

Today is the first anniversary of this blog. The other ones are in their years but this one, the youngest of all, has surprised, after all, I've always been involved with the goth subculture, English, and my neverending passion for philosophy, science and technology, I've never thought blogging about nail polishes.

E para celebrar, eu encontrei nesta semana, a nova coleção de nacarados da Moda, Momentos. Comprei o Forever, porque havia visto no blog da Mohda e me apaixonei. Também encontrei o metálico Prata Chrome. Os dois esmaltes são excelentes para aplicar e secaram rápido. Como eu costumo dizer: eu altamente recomendo! E ainda usei o próprio Forever para carimbar sobre o Prata Chrome no anelar.

And to celebrate, this week I found the new collection of nacreous nail polishes, by Mohda. I bought Forever, since I had seen it on blog da Mohda and I fell in love with it. I also found the metallic Prata Chrome (chrome silver). Both polishes are excellent to apply and they dried really fast. As I usually say: I highly recommend it! Moreover, I still used Forever to stamp Prata Chrome on the ring finger nail.

Assim como os outros meus blogs, espero que esse também continue firme, na intenção de continuar mostrando os esmaltes que tenho usado e às vezes outros assuntos que não tenho como postar nos outros blogs. Desafio 20 Unhas Marmorizadas - Challenge #20 Water Marbled Nails

Mais uma tarefa cumprida. As tais unhas marmorizadas. Segunda e última vez que as faço. Olha que peguei dicas e tal, mas... de jeito nenhum... de todas as nail arts, essa, apesar de ser uma das mais bonitas, é a que dá mais trabalho. Estou fora!

Another task accomplished. These such water marbled nails. The second and last time that I do them. I'd even got some hints and such a thing but... no way... of all nail arts, this one, even being one of the most beautiful, is time consuming. I'm out!

Eu usei todos esses vidrões de Big Universo e devo confessar que gostei do resultado, mas o trabalho não vale a pena. Na última foto, está o nome das cores usadas.

I used all this Big Universo big bottles and I must confess that I enjoyed the outcome but such effort is not worthy. On the last pic, you see the names of the polishes that I applied. 

Desafio 19 Galáxias - Challenge #19 Galaxies

Quase no final de 2/3 do desafio. Há tantas imagens belíssimas disponíveis nos sites da Nasa, Hubble, Space e outros que, na dúvida de tanta beleza, acabei fazendo simplemente um profundo céu noturno.

Almost 2/3 of this challenge is done. There are so many amazing images at Nasa, Hubble, Space sites and other ones, in doubt of such beauty, I ended up doing this deep night sky.

Usei o Forever 77, azul escuro metálico, da Elke; o glitter prata, da Big Universo, e por cima, o Azulão, da Lorena, esse azul marinho cheio de shimmer, embora, transparente, mas funcionou bem nessa esmaltada.

I applied Forever 77, metallic dark blue, by Elke; silver glitter, by Big Universo, and top it all, Azulão, by Lorena, this navy blue full of shimmer, although, it's a little bit transparent but it worked quite good on this mani.

Desafio 18 Inglesinha - Challenge #18 English Nails

Oba, passei da metade... ufa! O bom é que estou aproveitando esmaltes já meio esquecidos nas caixas. Um deles é o Ícaro, da Big Universo, um dos amarelos mais maravilhosos que há. Cintilante, excelente acabamento, brilho, seca rápido... vale cada centavo e cada ml do seu vidrão de 15! Pena que já está a caminho do vencimento...

Wow, half of the challenge is accomplished! The bright side is that I'm using some polishes which are a little bit forgotten into the boxes. One of them is Icaro, by Big Universo, one of the most beautiful yellow that exists! It's shinning, excellent cover, it dries fast... it's worthy each cent and each mililiter from its big bottle of 15! It's a pitty that it's in its way to the expiration. 

E para fazer a inglesinha, usei o Metal Glam, da Impala, também no fim... aliás, depois dessa esmaltada, como só ficou muito pouco no vidro, joguei-o fora. Mas vamos às fotos... eu gostei muito dessa esmaltação, e ainda carimbei umas borboletas.

And to have the English nails done, I applied Metal Glam, by Impala, also in its end. By the way, after this mani, I threw it away. But, shall we go to the pics... I liked this mani, and I also stamped with some butterflies.

A última foto é desculpa pra mostrar o Chococat. Totalmente sem noção. Que isso não me condene ao Shame on you, blogueira! #medo!
